The rooms were a good size. Great location.

We had initially wished to cancel the stay due to the social issues around that we thought would impact us. When we reached out to the host, we did not receive any answer. Even if it is a no from their side, clearly any response would be better than none at all. The check-in experience was not pleasant. We had to wait with a young child in an unfamiliar neighbourhood due to the incorrect check-in information provided to us. Thankfully this time we received a quick response from the host when this happened, who then helped us out. But then we couldn't access the building due to the key not working. The cleanliness of the apartment was fine. However, everything was done as if it was an afterthought. When I went to hang up clothes in the cupboard, I found towels (which looked like used towels) scrunched up and seemingly just chucked into the cupboard. The whole place was set up to look nice but the cleanliness or thoughtfulness was not up to par. The small touches like having some paper towels or tea towels, were missing, which I felt were basic amenities. The toilet bowls required a deep clean. The towels were also stained with what looked like make-up.

The host really looked after us. Wonderful stay :)

The place is comfortable and in a good location

The checking in and checking out was a hassle, as the lock box was broken. The staff was confused and unpleasant.

Wasn’t clean enough. Beddings were not clean No toiletries, very noisy and mattresses wasn’t comfortable either

I liked that i got the information on how to get the key a few hours before my arrival and the pictures along with the tutorial of how to find it was very helpful.

I didn't like that there wasn't any handwash in the main bathroom and not enough towels.
