Very kind and helpful owner Gianni. Well equipped room and very good Italian breakfast. Good restaurants nearby.

Spacious room. Security. Free parking. Clean. New. Quiet.

Landlord not in the property, so sometimes not easily getting things fixed. Erratic air conditioning. Room not cleaned daily.

Nice room. Everything to high specification. Clean. Good bed and bed linen. Nice bathroom/shower facilities. A variety of trendy restaurants/cafes nearby.

The room is part of a private apartment in a new block of flats. That was not clearly explained on the site. There were no clear instructions as to the check in and the exact location of the apartment. There was no breakfast as such, just coffee and a cream cake/croissant in a bar next to the building. New neighborhood, far from the centre/old town/railway station. No public transport. Had to use taxi.

New apartment with underground parking(paid extra 10€ but for me it’s a must everywhere we go for a holiday). Comfy bed, coffee mashine, tv with netflix, very nice and big balcony

Unfortunately close to the street and restaurants, so might be loud at night. There is other apartment where the bathtub with jacuzzi is. it’s on the other side of building, so not so loud outside. it could be nice to have electric kettle and a small electric cooker but you can eat in restaurants nera or in the city. breakfast is Italian
