'Tabula Rasa Exclusive Rooms'

The room feels brand new. Loved the bath. Air conditioning. A terrace. Very nice storage with hangers. A place to sit with the laptop. I was really impressed. Nice and clean.

I would have liked to know entry codes in advance so I could write it down as my phone battery died. However that is my fault not the property.

It is new and very clean.

As there is no reception, all the check-in is done online. However, the hotel contacted us while we were on the plane. We did not have the internet connection and were driving around. They should send all the check-in information a bit earlier, on the same day which can then facilitate the process. Also, they said that the breakfast was included however it is only a piece of pastry and a hot drink. They should be more specific about what is included in the breakfast or make it more copious.

The room was fancy-looking.

The check-in system was terrible. On the day of our arrival we tried to contact about the check-in that if we could check-in earlier than we had previously asked for but we got no answer. There was no information about the rooms being at the correct building. You had to go to a totally different building with a restaurant called Tabula Rasa (this information we got from a bartender not from the official site). From there on the check-in was made via whatsapp and talking to the owner of the restaurant. The breakfast was a total bummer. We got two "breakfast tickets" to a local bar which was in the same buildning. They offered us one croissant each and a tea or a coffee and that's it, not even a water bottle. Even though the room looked good and was clean, the soundproofing of the room was terrible. It felt like you were sleeping on the street because you could hear everything what was happening on the street because of the poor soundproofing. And yes we had all the windows and the balcony door closed and still it felt like that.

Great location.....Giovanni was a helpful host. I will be back.
