El mando del aire no lo tuvimos y la temperatura nos la pusieron fija. Hay que dejar dinero en la mesa para las tasas y tienes que llevar efectivo.

Good room ambiance.

It wasn't clean - accessories, shelves, floor, light fittings etc

We loved the luxurious design of the building and the room. The balcony is just so nice to sit with great view. The room was very spacious and lots of room to put your stuff. I loved staying here, a bit further from Bari center as the area was peaceful.

The shower was leaking a bit and not a practical design where the door goes inwards instead of outwards. The airconditioning was also not optimal for cooling down the room, but apparently this will be updated in the winter.

Communication was non existent and when you arrive late at night without having received any information on how to enter the premises it was totally annoying. We woke neighbors accidentally, wasted time we could have spent relaxing, bathing, etc. We felt we had given the operator plenty of opportunity to contact us as we had been messaging days in advance of our arrival. No apologies were given and no message since, even though again we had expressed our disappointment. Poor communication both before and after the event. The bathroom had bad mold. The air conditioning was not working.
