The noise at night from the surrounding bars
USI've traveled a lot, and this is one of the best places I've ever stayed. I was ok leaving Auckland but was not ready to leave this apartment. The view over the marina is even more beautiful than in the pictures. And it's a lively area, especially at night. You're a few blocks from ferries to all over the Gulf.
We needed earplugs to sleep at night. It's pretty loud outside, but with the earplugs sleeping was no problem.

Communications about check-in were cumbersome and sparse. Particularly how to access keys. A few more specifics about location of key and then the location of the actual apartment would have been simple to offer guests.
