NZAnnabelle made life a lot easier in the end, great service, great assistance and a total pleasure to deal with. She made herself available and provided good communication.
Less emails for verification etc, to many and very frustrating. The increased costs from the initial enquiry and then a further security bond. Felt like you were taking another arm and a leg.

AULocated in a good area - Lovely views and the apartment was very nice.
We stayed on a Saturday night, as we are not locals we didn’t realise the nightlife of the area. Yes great for a walk and dinner but We had extremely loud live music coming from one of the pubs until 3.30am, we got little sleep and then the garbage trucks came at 7.20am. Wouldn’t recommend staying here on a Saturday night, not sure what it’s like on other nights.

THThe room was clean and roominess. I love the location because it's easy to go to many restaurants and other places. The view was great when you look outside from balcony.
It's not easy to find the place for the first time visit. You have know how to get the key to enter to the building and car park. Apart from this, it's very nice to stay.

We went on a Friday night and the pubs just below were going strong with loud music until approximately 2am.

GBExcellent location. Pleasant decorations and layout.
Noise. No sleep on Saturday night as party in flat below until 4 am. Even before this the level of soundproofing was inadequate given its location above bars and restaurants that are open and playing loud music until early hours. The general build quality was poor with the balcony showing problems and the kitchen furniture showing signs of wear.
NZAwesome location., you could walk to bars, restruants, train station, ferry terminal. The view was beautiful.
We weren't given a door code for the front door entrance so we had to go through the garage entrance on entering the building each time.
