CAVery central to everything. Beautiful apartment overlooking the Viaduct Harbour. Very well equipped for two singles travelling together.
Had some issues with the air conditioning.

Air con didn't work, very uncomfortable sleep. Iron board broken, shower drain in main bedroom broken
IELocation, location, location! Booked last minute so was pleasantly surprised. Apartment was very clean and all amenities necessary. Spoke to two fabolous ladies in trying to get a hold of the keys and they were very helpful. Location feels safe and lots within walking distance to enjoy.
I didn't like having to provide ID outside of the system via email solely for my own data protection purposes. It's not possible to send a photo via the booking.com messenger. It felt like more of an Air B&B booking with a bit of admin after booking such as having to confirm agreement of all guests to the rules, having to take a photo of the keys on the table checking out, and having to wait for the lockbox code and eventually having to ring for it (which wasn't ideal when out and about trying to enjoy the day, but these things happen). It was so hot and the system in the apartment wasn't sufficient. Granted it is summer but fans or an upgrade to the aircon system is needed especially for the smaller bedroom. Wifi wasn't plugged in or working but resolved this on our own.

NZClean, tidy and very spacious. With all the hustle and bustle outside, the unit is very quiet and simply closing the curtains can make you forget you’re in the heart of the city.
NZFree carpark! This is what sold us as all the other places charged extra for carpark. Location was a walking distance to all the restaurants along the Viaduct. Nice view of the Viaduct Harbour. Great for a stroll (especially in the evening) over the bridge crossing to the other side where there's more restaurants and a kids playground (although not suitable for toddlers). There's a convenience store a few steps to your right on the corner as you exit the building. Apartment was spacious and comfy, even my infant had great naps on the bed. Will definitely book again.
No ramp in main reception entrance for pram. Had to carry the pram down the steps. You could exit via the basement carpark if you're unable to navigate down the steps though, just need to be careful with moving cars and the 2 roller doors.
