CNThe apartment is in a central location, close to many restaurants and the Viaduct Harbour. The apartment comes with a large living room and balcony overlooking the harbour. The 2 bedrooms are in good sizes too.
The furniture and decor seem a bit outdated. There was smell from the ventilation which came from the restaurants downstairs. The self-check-in is quite complicated as you need to collect the keys from a lock box, and use the swipe card to open the garage. The garage is shared by 2 apartments blocks, and you need to tap the swipe card when you go into the garage which opens another door. I know this is for the safety of parking but it was complicated for apartment rental. And when we checked out we were asked to leave the keys in the kitchen which means you need to leave the garage first and go up to the apartment again to leave the key. ( the garage won’t open without the swipe card).

AUThe location was perfect and the apartment was well laid out. We did have issues with checking in. Shower blocked, cupboard broken and light switch was broken and wires exposed but the did send maintenance to fix. Overall great experience

The apartment is a lot smaller than what shown on the photos. The noise from the bars downstairs were really loud and went on to 1am in the morning on Fri 12/4. The mattress in the main bedroom is really soft and has sagged on both sides. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.
NZIt was beautiful, the view over the viaduct was stunning. So close to our favourite restaurants. The beds were so comfortable, & the staff were so helpful. We loved our stay.
Being above the Fox pub. The music went till 3am & they decided to empty all the bottles at 3am then again at 8am.

The pre check in process is duplicative including being asked to provide ID copies, checkin time, if want parking etc. multiple times. Did not receive the checkin details, fortunately a helpful staff member was able to resend.
USVery difficult to find the parking and the lock box -- lots of directions, made harder when you land from a long flight and are very exhausted. Would have appreciated either an easier way to find the keys or a meeting at the apartment.
