AUthe location in downtown Auckland was great everything that we need needed was virtually on our doorstep.
Unable to use the bath the plug provided was the wrong size
GBLocation if you want to be near restaurants, bars and the marina. Spacious and comfortable.
The music and noise coming from the restaurants/bars may be too loud if you're sensitive to noise. Parking is expensive. Good do with more basic stuff in the kitchen like oil, salt n pepper. Lack of laundry detergent.

The checkin/checkout process incredibly convoluted. The KISS principle needs to be applied. When you are on a holiday you want to get in quickly so you can enjoy, not be exhausted from an information overload an hour before arrival. Simple set of instructions. The apartment for the price was Ok, bit dated, needs a refurb. No extra pillows or blankets to be found. Annabelle was very helpful with requests and issues we had.

The bed was very soft and uneven, and when we turned the aircon on to cool the apartment down, the whole place started to smell like mold, so I suspect the air conditioning needs a service.
AUNZEverything about our stay was exceptional. Could not fault anything about this accommodation and the communication from the hosts was also exceptional. Just brilliant.
