The food was good.

General response time of staff especially housekeeping and duty manager. The bathroom floor had muck from anti skid floor mat being removed. The bathroom utilities were of substandard quality. The in room bar and utilities were very limited .

I had booked a room with king size bed but when I checked in I was told that it is not available. I don't understand why my booking for king size bed was confirmed? Is it not the responsibility of the hotel to take care of your guests...
