The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff outdid themselves, the food was very good, the room was very comfortable and clean.

A bit far from other commercial areas in the city

Colazione eccezionale, così come la cena presso il ristorante italiano Prego, egregiamente curato dallo chef Davide Di Domenico. Ottima posizione per l’aeroporto

Rooms are good and spacious, excellent supporting staff, very clean and well maintained.

The rooms do not have the automatic heating system. In the winter, we cant adjust the room temp and need to ask for the external heating units.

Location is great and stay was good.

I think Westin should clearly help understand all what is included in the package, many are not used because there is no clarity.

＞ブッキング・ドット・コムのメッセージサービスを通じてホテル側と何度かやりとしたが、返事が戻ってこなかったり、返事が的を得てなかったりして、不便だった。結局、宿泊前にホテルまで足を運び、疑問を解決した ＞受付カウンターのスタッフは笑顔が少なく、歓迎されている感じがしなかった。対応も親切だと思わなかった。そこそこ高い宿泊料を払っているにもかかわらず、この点が一番がっかりした ＞受付カウンター以外のスタッフは、このクラスの高級ホテルとして想定通りの良い愛想・対応だった
