Hot tub, garden and location.

The yoga studio was damp and the kitchen utensils were minimal/poor quality.

The property was very close to Ash Barton estate which we were attending a wedding, there was parking fora small car with spaces for a larger car just up the Road. 5 minute walk from local shops and amenities which was perfect. There is a two person spa which was a lovely added extra. Communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend.

The property was lovely it was exactly as expected. The only very small detail is the freezer space is very small so this could be something to bare in mind.

We loved the conservatory, the view is stunning and varied. The mattress in the main bedroom was lovely and it's quite minimal so good to take kids or dogs and not worry about breaking anything. Parking is ok for one small car. Communication from owners prior to stay was good and exceeded expectations. We didn't explore the area much as were there for a funeral one day and my son's birthday the next so already had plans but there's a lot of info about things to do on and under the coffee table. Lots of games and puzzles available. Kitchen is lovely and had everything we needed except anything to wash the dishes so bring a brush or something. Heating works well. There's a cute log fire with logs provided but we have a toddler with us so couldn't use it unfortunately. There's a hot tub. Not sure if this needs to be requested as was no water in it. The chocolates were a nice touch (if my toddler hadn't found them first 🤣)

Small amount of mould in bathroom No water in hot tub was very sad lol Blinds in the conservatory would help for privacy. The WiFi was so bad we couldn't use the telly and even if we could someone's locked the Netflix channel to their own profile so you can't watch it. Couldn't find anything to wash the dishes with The back of the toilet appears to have a slight leak. Mattress in middle bedroom wasn't comfortable. However, these are minor things that I'm sure the owners will read and correct. Nothing changes if real reviews aren't given.

Log burner in the evening. Enough provided for your first night and then go buy some fuel from little Tesco in Braunton for some cozy nights. The shower is great, one of those dual head ones. I was also lucky to have some lovely sunsets looking over to The Burrows. Very little light pollution, so on a clear night there are many stars to see. Also, massive conservatory on the back which would be great in summer. Would of been nice to walk up to the ruined chapel at the top of the hill had I not been there for work. Only an 8 minute walk into Braunton town. Try out the Siam Bistro for great Thai or the fish curry from Squires has rave reviews.

Not the cottages fault, but the parking space is small. I drive a pick up and I stupidly thought I could tuck myself in off the road. Unfortunately, you then block the front door! If you have a normal car around 4m long, you should be fine. Failing that, there is parking up the road but it can be a little hit and miss on how far up you have to park. And when I say how far, worst case would be 100m, I'm just lazy!

Other than the beds being a little uncomfortable for our liking, everything else was great
