So cosy and great location to explore, everything we needed in the cottage

The view from the conservatory and the garden view amazing

It was spacious, well equipped, beautiful views & the location was totally perfect : walking into Braunton for shopping and very close to Ashbarton Estate, where we were attending a wedding. All ideal!

Getting into the property was a nightmare! The keys didn’t work properly. My husband and I could never go out separately for fear of not being able to open the door. No instructions were left about the keys. Couldn’t email the local owners directly, tried through Booking.com. No reply. Phones wouldn’t work. And here’s a little tip for future guests. Leave some information about contacting local taxi services!

The open airy and light feeling of the place, the bird song too, very restful too!

I know they can't change it but the car parking place is very difficult for an SUV and if you have a large and/or skittish dog as you have to get them out on the road and then park afterwards wonderf

Perfect location, cosy, good price, good facilities. Very cute and comfy place to stay in a lovely village. I loved the views at breakfast time too.

We didn’t dislike anything! However, there were quite a few cobwebs around the cottage and I felt that the toilet seat needed some maintenance as the joints were very rusty and the toilet brush was quite grubby. The hot tub was such an exciting unexpected find but we felt a bit disappointed when we opened it and it was empty!

Comfy beds, nice garden, decent kitchenette, good shower, very reasonable price. Easy to follow instructions to get in. Nice that it has a parking space but it is very tight, so much so we chose to park down the street one of the evenings.

We couldn't work out the heating in one of the bedrooms.

Property was clean tidy and location was really good for us.

The location, the hot tub and the feeling of the cottage, it felt welcoming and nice Safe for dogs Very warm The caretakers were kind and attentive when needed a lock changing on bathroom window so thanks for that it's appreciated.

Cleanliness wasnt the best .There was a pop bottle on wardrobe top and lots of dust especially under beds , which is probably to be expected as an old property. Yoga hut we cleansed of spiders . Sand in hot tub on arrival Parking tight but grateful for having any space . Great property nice hosts and loved the stay . Beds a little hard
