Receiving an email following our exit demanding $39.95 for an eye mask is unacceptable. The mask was provided to block sunlight whilst sleeping, and at no point were we told it would incur a charge if removed or thrown away. The claim that there were two masks is also incorrect. If the mask was intended for reuse or came with a fee, this should have been communicated upfront—both for hygiene and transparency. It is concerning that the owner intends to reuse the mask for future guests, which is inappropriate for accommodation standards. Rather than charging guests, the property should invest in proper block-out blinds, as the current ones are inadequate and offer no privacy from the lounge. We also encountered other issues: hair in the shower, limited kitchen utensils, no milk provided, an undersized double bed, and non-adjustable air conditioning that created significant noise overnight. Despite these problems, we left the accommodation in excellent condition and met all exit requirements. We enjoyed Wellington, but we will not be returning to this property.

Location is just perfect for access to central Wellington. Easy walk to dozens of eateries/resturants.

It was so hot in the apartment no aircon just a switch that says fan

The apartment was clean and good place in the ciry

There were loud life music performances opposite to the apartment between 5 and 10 pm. Also the bed was to small for a person 1.80 cm / 6 feet 1.

Great location right in town near Cuba St. New building and nice new apartment.

Beds are small and apartment is quite hot as there is only one small window that opens.

Sheets on the bed are nylon - yuk! Went and bought my own cotton ones!
