Clean modern apartment in great location
Lack of ventilation with only one window that opened a small amount. No air conditioning just a noisy air transfer system. Poor window coverings meant it was very light. We were warned of this but didn’t expect it to be quite this bad. Especially as it faced a carpark . Double beds only - tiny for two adults. Poor quality linen. Tried to charge us for a key fob after we left even though both the key card and fob had been left in the letterbox as requested

The apartment is lovely
Getting in was hard and unclear how to. There were instructions but hard to work out where or how to get the key. Check-in is quite late at 3pm so had suitcase till then and lots of rules about checking in.

Really downtown. Very modern.
Everything was nice. The kitchen could have been better equipped. The coffee machine was out of order, but the owner gave us some vouchers for the bar in the basement. Not the nicest view. But ok.

I arrived 2m earlier than my arrival time, I got told by another client staying at the motel to go next door to collect the key, next door was not open I had to wait for someone to come to bring the key card.
They tried to charge me $170 for a key card that I didn’t realise I took I did tell them I could return it on Tuesday as I stayed in Wellington and am not from there but they still tried to charge me. They also tried to charge me for a remote saying I lost it when I didn’t even use the tv.

This was a great place to stay, lots of room and close to everything. Freindly host.
All was pretty good, it would be much better if there was a bathmat and handtowel as when travelling these are not easy things to bring along. The bathroom also requires a more througher clean. It was okay but there were stands of hair on the shower floor and the basin.
