Guests are required to confirm the Check-in time at least 48 hours before the arrival day. Any last-minute change of scheduling will incur a $200 penalty. A surcharge of NZD 150.00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Reservations start at 3 pm with no exceptions and are non-transferrable within 48 hours before the arrival day. All Guests must ensure the Apartment Door Lock is fully locked and secured during the reservation as a House Rule.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
