Belle Aire Motel - Downtown Convention Center - Gatlinburg

It's very conveniently located just minutes from the strip so we just leave the car parked and walk to save on parking since all the parking in gatlinburg is $15-20. I also like the doors are keyless entry so we don't have to worry about losing a key.

I don't like that there isn't access to staff or the lobby for ice and sodas.

No staff, mostly we were alone at the property. It was nasty, bathroom smelled like urine Fight out it was the bathroom garbage can, it had been throw up in it. I would like to receive my money back!!! I paid for two rooms! Such a disappointment!!!

Water not hot enough, staff not Available most of the time-we had to call a sister hotel for towels when needed, we had 2 rooms (reserved 2 months apart) and we had the same 4digit door code to unlock our door, no blanket

Refrigerator leaked, bathroom smelled, had to catch the cleaning crew to get clean washcloths and towels. Ran down on the outside. Needs someone to keep it clean out side. Wasn't to bad but does need a little fixing up. Picture on website must have showed when the building was new.

Very close to attractions and restaurants

Where were they used to have a swimming pool was filled in with busted up concrete. And can do a little bit better by keeping staff in the office at all times some of my party might have needed sheets and more towels and toiletries I feel like this place could do a lot better for where it is located.??

No staff no Ronnie ironing board had to go to the sister hotel to get towels no blankets room was stuffy with smell awful no staff to check us in or out had to go to the sister hotel to check in call the sister hotel to check out absolutely ridiculous pictures if the motel was deceiving nothing like they advertise that’s fraudulent

It was closer to Town then cabins.

No one was here at check in - was a sign on one door that they stepped out and would be right back. We waited about 20 min and started calling - can't talk to anyone the voice mail is full and there is no message with further instructions. Decided to call the after hours number that was taped in the window. No one answered there either. Called multiple times. After a google search figured out where the sister hotel was there and their reason to not answering was oh they are busy. I got checked in and luckily I asked for extra towels. No one was here the property the e tire time I was staying ( 4 nights) never got new towels trash never was emptied. Couldn't get the ac to work - husband had to pull the filters and clean them. The smell in the room was awful. It was very damp in the room the whole time. There was mold on the walls that we had to wipe off with Lysol wipes. There were gnats all over the place in the room. Hot water turned on but didn't come out of the shower head. There is trash all over the grass and in the parking lot. There was no extra trash bags or other toiletry items and no one to call. Other people staying here caught on to no staff on property and moved out chairs to the outside to smoke. I did stay here about 14 months ago, and it was outdated however we didn't have any of the above issues. If the property isn't going to be maned then it needs to be listed as such. I shouldn't have to go on vacation and clean my room To use it. I have more pictures but I ran out of room.

Very little to like other than location.

Bathroom dirty, room smelled like smoke and mildew. Only 1 towel for 2 people for 2 nights. No one on property, just a number on the office door. Called, was not helpful. Got towels next afternoon.

The proximity to everything was excellent!

Not much. It was as advertised.
