Belle Aire Motel - Downtown Convention Center - Gatlinburg

It had a bad smell, it was dirty, it needs the wooden closet taken out cause it’s moldy

It was close to downtown, decent area.

In the middle of my shower, the hot water turned completely cold.

That it was not all the way up the hill when having to walk with bottles of alcohol.

The rooms were stuffy moldy with black mold, the walls were paper thin You could hear everything and smell everything people were smoking,. There is no guest service to check you in or check you out You call and they give you a code to get into your room so no one to complain to if there is an issue, I would not recommend this hotel unless it was the last one in Gatlinburg that had a room was very disappointed

Un completo desastre, todo sucio, olía mal, no hay personal en la recepción, una habitación estaba peor que la otra.

No one on property to exchange towels

Nobody in office till Friday

Convenient to downtown. Walking distance to most everything.

Outdated, mold in tub, very dirty carpet, wires hanging from outside lights
