"Convenience to attractions yet a quiet place to sleep"

Easy to walk to the attractions in Gatlinburg. Keep us in plenty of towels

Carpet needs to be replaced. With plank floors. Bathroom could had been updated, not dirty but just worn out. Just an old hotel that could be made nice again for little work. Outside could be cleaned up. If you are looking to stay a weekend and plan on being out most of the time except to shower and sleep. It is all you need. Staff was friendly. Let us check in early

The location was awesome! We also got to see a bear in person lol.

The room was fine but needs a much needed cleaning and there was black mold in the room!

"WILL NEVER STAY HERE"

The place is rundown and looks nothing like the picture on booking we cancelled and stayed somewhere else for $40 more there was nobody working on site had a phone number on the door to call we tried to call it and check in and got told we couldn't check in yet nobody was there so we waited in the vehicle for about an hr then someone else showed up and called the same number and they where given a door code to get into there room right away and that's when I cancelled and went somewhere else DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
