"We didn’t stay and booked a hotel instead, if you expect what you see in the photos you will be disappointed as there fa"

Nothing we didn’t stay in it and booked a hotel

The advert and pictures are a complete lie and misleading. The property is not a holiday let and shouldn’t be advertised as it, it’s full of people’s belongings, cluttered, broken cupboards, broken fridge full of dirty water and the garden is unusable.

"Nightmare weekend"

1.0

Our weekend was ruined by the owner having double booked the property with someone due to arrive the second day of our stay. They messaged us through what’s app to say we had to leave by 10am We were unable to contact the owner and were left trying to resolve the situation through booking.com customer services who were also unable to contact the owner. We had paid a lot of money to spend the day at Longleat which was wasted as we were left trying to resolve the situation. It was a complete nightmare.
