- the apartment is "superior" to a park bench! - run down, tired and unloved interior. It screams "we don't care!" - mattress is totally worn and should have been changed years ago - balcony door is in very bad shape and a pain to close/ lock - shower is disgusting! (lots of black mould on the tiles/ grouting) - the fire alarm is above the kitchen and goes off whenever you fry something on the hob - chairs are coming apart at the joints and are dangerous to sit on
