Good location. Excellent breakfast.

The staff were lovely. Professional and hardworking. Hot spell, fans in rooms.

Overbearing noise from the motorway throughout. I think we were put in the noisiest rooms. I'm sure there were others facing away from the motorway with some noise absorber by the building. Or lower down and muffled by landscaping. I cut my foot on a shard of glass which had been overlooked. My son's shower didn't work.

Staff were very helpful

Admittedly the hottest day of the year so far but the room couodn't cope. The fan provided was inadequate

Comfortable bed. Good location in terms of our onward journey.

Room was extremely hot. A fan was provided but had very little wind blow from it as the blades were bent. Very noisy traffic outside with the window open which was needed because of the heat. The room was very very hot - almost as if the hotel heating was on. Bathroom was extremely dated with mould and not overly clean. Walls were dirty. Needs a total refurb. We booked with breakfast included which is served from 7am. The Mount website states served from 7am. Booking.com states served from 7am. The receptionist on arrival advised it is served from 7am. The following morning there was no sign of breakfast and numerous guests waiting. We were told we all got it wrong and it is from 8am. Couldn't wait as we needed to be somewhere. Staff member was very disinterested. No reason given for not opening breakfast on time.

I'm visiting my past life, it feels I'm home. It is ok value for money.

It's sort of clean, but it needs a refurbishment though it is no worse than when I started going regularly in 2019.

Love the mount normally, stayed here loads,

They changed the hours for breakfast which meant we couldn’t have the breakfast we paid for

Breakfast was good , service good

Maybe needs a little upgrading,
