Broken shower and location at rear of frontage

I had a medial emergency in the middle of the night and the night shift member of staff was extremely helpful and supportive, calling an ambulance for me when I couldn't talk! Above and beyond service from this place

It’s bar

The traveller fella annoying the customers and getting free drinks .

Beautiful building for breakfast. (Mount). Quiet room. Not too hot.

Breakfast building (Mount) seriously run down. Looks sad with blocked up windows. Hotel annex access from the Moun thas moss- covered slipery paths. Bathroom in our room had black mould around tap and in tile grouting. Tap had missing switch to operate shower. Bathroom needs an overhaul.

The location and the plentiful parking

Room smelled dirty. Bathroom was old and worn. There were sticky marks on headboard, and stains on wall. There was little noise insulation so I heard noises all night and early morning which stopped me sleeping. Paid for 2 nights, abandoned after one and went to Holiday Inn Express.

Breakfast was great. Also had a great dinner the evening before.

Rather difficult getting in and out of the room with luggage there were several seats of stairs and fire stip doors to navigate.
