This apartment is a hidden gem in the city of Puerto Princesa. A very large private freestanding home with a big yard. The manager waited for us to arrive to hand over the keys and even offered to drive us to the airport upon check out! The location couldn't be any better for accessing the city while still being quiet & private. Bonus: the wi-fi speed is crazy fast both up/down!

Water pressure was pretty weak in the showers & missing a hair dryer (minor gripes)

Best place to stay in Puerto Princesa. It is the house with the blue roof. Super clean and everything looks like new. It is even better and more spacious than on the photos. Located in the middle of town. House with garden. Very good airco on the ground level and in the bedroom. The shower was very good and very clean, the water pressure of the shower was OK and the temperature was easy to control. I felt very safe. Cats and dogs sleeping peaceful in front of the gate, don't worry they completely ignore you, and i did not hear a dog bark on my 3 night stay. Only a few meters to Pagetek Foodcourt. The van-driver from El Nido to Puerto Princesa dropped me off in front of Pagetek Foodcourt. It was easy to find, there were 2 signs outside. The caretaker gave me a free ride to the airport.

I missed a foldable luggage rack. And i missed a TV in the bedroom.

We only stayed at this house for two nights but wished we stayed longer! The house was spacious and very comfortable. The downstairs had a living area open to the dining area and a kitchen (we didn't really use the kitchen except some cups and the fridge but it was well equipped) which was a great place to hang out. The two bedrooms were comfortable with a large master bedroom for two people and a second bedroom which could sleep five. The AC worked well in all of the rooms to beat the heat. It was a short walk to a great food court and other dining options. It was great to have a washing machine to use! Thanks to Kenneth who picked us up from the airport and drove us all the way to the bus terminal, and helped us during our stay.

There was a spacious yard in the front of the house with a lot of potential but it just had some potted plants and a clothesline. Some work on this space would take the house to the next level.

this was the most convenient place to stay in Puerto Princesa as it is just a few minutes walk to some of essential shops like pharmacies, banks, and food establishments. Very cozy place to stay as well, the first day we arrived in Puerto Princesa we stayed in the accommodation for the whole day as it is so cozy. The staff, so helpful. There’s cute puppies around the neighbourhood.

The place is very accessible and just walking distance to SM and there are lots of food shops in the area

Clean and the staff is very accommodating

Spacious, clean, modern....way too much room for one person....many amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, speedy WIFI...Kenneth (called the "caretaker") is very nice and always available...even took me to the airport at 4 a.m.

Although the location is top (center of Puerto Princesa, close from the airport) Puerto Princesa is a city that has really nothing to offer....so the same house in a nicer surrounding would be cream of the crop....but that's not the house's fault....
