Everything! The house was beautiful and plenty of space to spread out. The rooms were roomy and half bathroom really helped. AC in each room was great and easy to operate. The kitchen was well equipped, made it easy to cook. The washer was definitely convenient! WIFI was on point, especially when work was calling. The location was perfect! It’s was close to everything. And where the property is located, made it more private especially with gated yard. The puppy named Jordan was sweet and his mom too. Kenneth and Annie were very helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

I like everything about this guest house. It is accessible from the main road, walking distance from fastfood restaurants, neat front garden, spacious, clean and well designed rooms, friendly and helpful host. Also, don't use google map or waze, it will point you to a different street, better to check their message a few days before your trip for the picture/image of the location map.

so we had a superhost in Andrew n Sophia's Guest House with lot support and help. There is a lot of space in the house and there are 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The kitchen is huge the rooms are big and nice sleeping room. The house is very quiet and you in downtown and you can hear the birds in the morning. Everything is within walking distance from SM Mall to Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Jollibee as well and bars and restaurants not far away.... So when you stay in Puerto Princesa I recommended to book here..... see you in Palawan again!

The bed . . . is shaking hard . . . seems not strong # The toilet is not friendly to the shorties . . . lol We need a space to put stuff #

Beautiful house with everything you could want in it for a relaxing stay. Near to Pagetek food court and other restaurants/bars, also 5 mins from airport but don't hear much noise. Caretaker Ganet and Ann were amazing and very helpful, she even brought my washing in when it rained, and he gave us a lift to the airport at 6am, thank you.

I liked how friendly and accommodating the host was, the cleanliness of the whole place, the size of the property exceeded our expectations, and it is located in the heart of the city. I highly recommended this property to groups or big families. UPSTAIRS: 1 big master BR with bath and 1 smaller room with lots of bed and bath. The powder room, kitchen, and living room downstairs were clean and with complete stuff to use. Very good AC. Very comfortable.

The bathroom door got broken, so we had to share it in one overnight. However, the host was really helpful. He tried to fix it in the middle of the night, like literally almost 1am when we reported it broken. Customer service at its best. Kudos!
