Entire place for you, with all required functions. Best recommendations for seafood and coffee. Owner was great and also helped us with private van to El Nido.

"Superb"

The location of the residence is really nice; within 10min from airport; close to the mainstreet with lots of shops, enough restaurants, bank or ATMs (in case you need to withdraw any money)..many things in walking distance. Given the busy location the residence itself was quite quiet. The residence was very clean and all facilities in it were working very well. The caretaker of the residence (Kenneth) was very kind and helpful; we arrived late but he helped us look around for any still open restaurants to get something to eat; amd he also helped us in looking for additional activities/tours to do. All in all, a very nice place and would definitely recommend staying there.

"Great place to stay in good location."

Cosy, close to airport, close to food, pharmacy and other shops as well as NCCC supermarket. SM mall a short tricycle ride away. Convenient for tour pickups also.

"Superb"

The caretakers, Ann and her husband, were really helpful and sweet. The place was very good located, next to cafes, restaurants and laundry. The house was very clean and cozy.

There weren't extra white goods in the closets and spare toilette papers, but in general, it was a very pleasant stay.

"Money is well worth spent."

The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean and the aircons were cold shower was hot, they have a water pump to ensure good pressure. Everything that you need in the house was there, the Kuya Ken was very accommodating and swiftly responded to our messages. Power outages are common in this area and we were notified ahead of time, they have a generator to cover for it. They also provided tips on how to save money while touring and have some contacts themselves so be sure to ask.
