Nothing to be like in here since four of us with luggages were strand on the street due to the lock problem. We could not find the facility manager the entire afternoon to resolve the issue.

We were standing on the street and tried so hard to get in touch with anyone to entry of the property, we were fear we did not have lodging. First, by around 4:30pm, we informed the facility manager that we were leaving. Secondly we booked the Leonardo Hotel near by and carried all our luggage to the other hotel by foot.

Great apartment, cosy and clean.

The shower was a bit small and fiddly to get in with the shower door. Made it easy to wet up the bathroom. Besides that, it was a lovely stay.

Awful smell of bad drains and mould throughout the property. Sweltering hot with no fan or air conditioning. Shower had barely a trickle of water coming from it.

•The property was in good proximity to the Guildhall where I was attending an event. •It’s close to the town centre across the park. Lots of convenience stores around. •It had everything I required for my short stay.

Initial booking process requires an additional step via a handling agent for which there is a charge. •There is a loading bay outside of the property which is in constant use day & night by cars & vans. •Shower is a drench style within a small cubicle, making it difficult to keep your hair dry. •Couple of hooks needed on bathroom door.

Good price

Location wasn't good, to busy and to far from the docks. Property was extremely warm (not the hosts fault) as hot outside. Duvet for downstairs was stained, only 1 pillowcase. No showergel as cleaner hadn't topped this up.
