Modern and clean

Location and nice clean modern property, Had everything we needed . Lovely size kitchen with cooker fridge freezer Oven and hob.and washing machine. Nice large screen tvs in living room and bedroom.

Really liked the property! One the best places I've stayed in Southampton. :) Phenomenal value for money, perfect location and really accommodating host!

Space and kitchen, although oven needs cleaning.

Open cupboard full of dirty laundry which gave a dump unclean smell, we managed to force it shut smell went. The location isn’t good was woken by noise frequently. In one word the area is dodgy. Would not have stayed there by myself. My husband slept with our son downstairs because had incident with the batteries falling out of security lock and wasn’t happy with 11 year old alone near the door in that area.

The property was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard, it was also very close to the centre of town and Southampton University which was the reason for our stay.

The only fault I could find with the property was the lack of an iron and ironing board.
