Luxury modern 1 bedroom house

We couldn’t get into the property. After one hour of trying we were sent to another property. All our stuff got moved as someone else had been in the property. We finally got access to the correct property at 8pm but again took us over an hour to get in. We then had the same issue after a celebratory night out and couldn’t get back into the property till 5am. The property owner’s partner came out several times and was lovely but at the end of the day we didn’t get a set of keys so the issue was recurring every time we entered the property.

It was somewhat clean. Couch and area rug needed vacuuming.

Too many instructions and threats of being charged £30 per towel if makeup got on their towels. We were a group of 3 but only two towels were provided, no wash cloths or face towels. Written messages about not leaving with their properties because a full inventory is kept and we will be charged.

The modern house in Southampton had a fully equipped kitchen, which was convenient even though we didn’t prepare any meals during our stay. The house was clean, and the large sofa provided a comfortable place to relax. The location was great, with supermarkets nearby and parking available for an additional fee just a few blocks away.

The shower only had an overhead rainshower, with no handheld option, and it was tricky to find the right mix of hot and cold water. The internet connection was weak and frequently cut out. Additionally, the 10am checkout time felt a bit too early for our liking.

It was very comfortable with a very detailed information book letting you know all about the home and places in the area. The owner was very good responding to any questions we had.

It's was quite noisy outside in the evening but once we were in the home you didn't notice it at all.

We had 3 people staying but there was only 2 towels. The whole house smelled bad, the washer was dirty, and there was no toilet paper and shower gel.
