Value for money if you’re staying in Simon’s Town. A small walk from the restaurants, but we did it at night and it was safe. Very responsive host

Excellent spot in Simon's Town, very close to Boulders Beach and nearby restaurants and cafes. Communication from Alex was excellent. The rooms are large and well appointed. The common areas have a relaxed holiday feel. Breakfast also had healthier options and was well prepared. Stayed over to watch the Cape Town Cycle Tour, could not have picked a better spot.

Great location just across the road from Boulders Beach Penguin colony which was ideal for us. Bed was comfy, room was clean and it was quiet. The shared facilities had views.
We only stayed one night so it was fine but would have preferred a room with a view out, we were in a central room accessed via a closed pathway with no views. We did have access to the shared lounge and dining area which both had nice views.
