"Interesting location, well sign posted, a good place to stay"

Good breakfast, evening meal menu limited but good. Comfort rooms are being refurbished but are ready to be used .Comfort Room Building looks "tired" , needs a coat of paint! Room should have a coat hook for a wet coat, it rains in the UK Only one hook in the bathroom for wet towels, no towel rail Bed comfortable and adequate clothes space Good location by the River Trent, easy access to the Hotel and plenty of parking History of the Priest House in the bedrooms perhaps for guests?

Location

Thought the decking by the river could have been set up. Room overlooked Garrod with unsightly AC units which were quite noisy.

We stayed in one of the rooms over the bridge and as we entered the first thing I saw was both sides of the wall were patched up with plaster, which made me wonder what the room was like. On entering our room I was Pleasantly surprised. Slept well apart from the noisy neighbour up above.

"Barely value for money, room scruffy, cottage room, room no 2, won’t be staying again."

Location

The room was scruffy, I stayed in one of the cottages and needs modernising. Lots of noise from travellers late at night.
