Very well appointed and very clean and comfortable.

1 of the bedrooms did not have a bed against the wall

The rodent that popped out from under the sofa. The fact that the cutlery, glasses etc had lip marks and felt takcy as not washed properly. Dirty electrical appliances and hob, crumbs from the toaster. Dusty surfaces. Paint peeling in lounge, shower tray mouldy and cracked. Needs some tlc and a deep clean. Informed owners who tried to make me responsible as I did not send photos or complain while in the accommodation. Only stayed there 2 nights, did not have the time and energy to call owners to inform them it's dirty. The rodent well that was a first.

Very clean and comfortable with all needs covered. Lovely extra touch of wine, biscuits, eggs and milk. Hosts exceptionally helpful and accommodating

Leaving a bottle of wine and snacks was lovely welcome.

It was a fantastic location, only a 10 minute walk into the main town which we found easy even with a little 4 year old in tow! There was ample space, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa and bed were very comfy and there was even some wine and biscuits there when we arrived’

Stunning apartment Very clean Great location

Everything was great !

地點離海灘很近，巷口有個Lido標示，是magate當地地標。我是搭計程車從火車站前往住處，幾分鐘就到了。客廳及房間寬敞乾淨，布置典雅，有廚房方便做家鄉味，還有室外露臺，充滿度假氣息。

網頁上寫退房時間10:00。如果能夠11:00退房，那就更棒了。

I had a wonderful stay at Ethelbert Lodge with Arree Stays. From the moment I arrived, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I was comfortably settled as soon as possible. Communication was always quick, friendly, and professional, with genuine offers to help whenever needed. The apartment itself is beautifully presented, privately situated on a quiet street just off the seafront promenade. The furniture is comfortable and luxe, with a lovely farmhouse dining table and chairs, and the kitchen had all I needed to cook my own meals. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the large bed was especially cosy — I slept very well. Thank you again, Arree Stays — I truly appreciated the care and comfort of this stay.

Noise from footsteps in the apartment above was occasionally heard, but not enough to cause an issue.
