"Really good quality, clean holiday home."

This is such a lovely flat which is a just short walk from the Margate caves, shell grotto and old town. The owners are incredibly attentive; phoning upon arrival and ensuring there is everything you need in the property for a comfortable stay, right down to small details. The furnishings all look new and are of high quality and the whole place was spotless.

"Exceptional"

Clean tidy and modern.. bedrooms to the rear that were quiet away from the road. The owners were extremely attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They also accommodated our requested for both an early check in and late check out.

The neighbourhood was a rather ‘mixed’ character, but nothing that directly affected our stay..

The properties location was perfect walk to the beach easy to navigate around. Also the parking this is so good that you can have a stay that also has parking facilities in a seaside town this is a gem of a stay.

"Lovely seaside bolthole"

Location is great, close to plenty of lovely bars and cafes. Perfectly spacious for family with two teenage girls, super clean, great communication with tips on things to see and do. Really good option for a seaside weekend, would certainly stay again.

House was in perfect location with a short walk to old town and right by the shore. House was clean, and beds were extremely comfortable, which is a rarity in holiday stays! More than anything, the owners Ryan & Ramona were super helpful, kind and communicative, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Ramona’s place. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a great coffee machine that we enjoyed using.   The location was perfect – centrally located and very close to the beach, cafes, and shops.

The flat was immaculate and had everything. Could not fault it.

The area and most of margate very unkempt litter broken glass. Most areas run down.
