Cozy apt with great city view

This is my personal opinion based on my experience. The listing did not state that this is a shared apartment or that other people could live in the same unit. It was presented as a private two-bedroom apartment, which is why my husband booked it for me and our two children. At 11 PM, while my children and I were sleeping, two unknown women suddenly entered the apartment, saying they also lived there. They were noisy until 2 AM, woke my children, and frightened them. After that, my children were afraid to sleep alone. Two days later, two unknown men moved in, which made me feel extremely unsafe as a woman with children. Then they moved out and two other women moved in, again making noise late at night, including laundry until 4 AM. In one week, six different strangers lived with us. Nowhere in the listing was it mentioned that a third room is rented to other guests. This feels misleading. Additional issues: broken shower head, poor drainage causing flooding, shower not closing, dirty room with dust, front door key getting stuck, and Wi-Fi not working. This was stressful and frightening. I do not recommend this property, especially for families.

Good value for money and clean

Fantastic view from the room, flat very clean and comfortable. Easy access to New York City, bus stop almost in front of the building. I would definitely stay there again.
