Entorno Tulum - Luxury Villas

The villa was very beautiful. The pool was amazing! The staff made sure that we were well accommodated. Only a couple minutes from the beach. We would’ve loved to stay longer.

The road to the villa was terrible, it’s only reason why i’m not giving it a 10. The construction never bothered us, never woke us up early.

Such a beautiful villas with jungle vibe. I loved 2 pools and the well equipped kitchen . I will come back i liked it more then other places i been in tulum

Everything was perfect

When the WiFi goes out . You loose all cell service. I would recommend installing a back up cell antenna . And back up red phone by the front desk . To call police or ambulance in an emergency.

Perfect for long term i would say. Has everything and even more, pools are clean decor is nice and beds are comfortable which is important

The two pools were a great amenity, the AC and WiFi were great as well. Loved the double security of main door and unit door.

Door and second floor bedroom didn’t lock, which was concerning. Only one towel per person for the week, no extra toilet paper or trash bags.

We just got back from an amazing stay at Entorno , and we can't stop talking about it! The place is a perfect mix of laid-back vibes and luxury. The villa is beautiful, with super comfy rooms and a gorgeous outdoor area. We spent most of our time chilling by the private pool, which felt like our own little paradise. The location is spot on – close enough to all the cool spots in Tulum but tucked away enough that you feel like you’ve got your own private retreat. The staff were incredible, always ready to help out with whatever we needed, from restaurant recommendations to booking tours.

Just got back from an unforgettable stay at the entorno Tulum, and it was absolutely fantastic The villa was stunning, with pink decor that gave it a vibe. The two pools were definitely the highlight one for a morning swim and the other perfect for a relaxing afternoon dip. The rooftop was another standout feature, It was the perfect spot for evening drinks and watching the sunset. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, just a short drive from the beautiful beaches and the lively center of Tulum. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants and bars, and it was always a pleasure to return to our peaceful retreat at the pink villas in jungle haha

The fact that in any hurricane / storm or drastic measures it’s not safe. No electricity, no phone services. Owner not management isn’t helpful. Just not equipped for any type of drastic measures Don’t expect a refund
