Entorno Tulum - Luxury Villas

The place had nice amenities.

The place was very dusty both outside and inside due to the construction next door. We were advised about the construction however it was after we made the booking.

LOVED IT, Bloomson was great and super helpful. Great location, villa, and overall very clean and beautiful. Highly recommend

How easy it was to go in - getting keys and access to apt.

The villa was stunning definitely will visit again.

There was a point where the cell service was down and there was nobody on site to contact and help resolve the issue.

Villa exceeded our expectations, we extended another week because we loved it so much. Villa was beautiful, huge rooms and amazing kitchen. Pool on the rooftop is amazing. The team is 24h on WhatsApp if you need anything, there are very helpful and arranging. Honestly one of the best place we stayed in. Felt secured too. By car : You are 5mins away from hyper centre. 10mins away from Tulum beaches and beach clubs.

There are two ranges of villa. On one range there is a construction site in front of the villas and rooftop pool with workers all day, 6 days a week. They mind their own business so it didn't really bother us. And the construction noise wasn't too bad as there are not many workers. But bare in mind that it is a construction site, and it is going to be for a while, only walls were there when we went. The second range of villas are behind the first villas so no construction view for these ones. The road to access the villas is very bumpy. You can't go with a scooter. If you rent a car, rent a high one and just be careful, nothing major though, we did it easily for 2 weeks. Taxis know the road and they take you there easily.

The stairs are outside of the villa, so it was uncomfortable to us like family to get outside to get up to other bedroom, also stairs are hard

Responsiveness of the host: They answer very quickly through the message system. Everything is well explained and they are going the extra mile if needed ( We had a flat tire on our rental car upon departure and had a hard time to call a taxi to take it to the repair shop - the host did call it for us and all went well) The property itself: Spacious rooms, very clean, very modern The location (with restrictions-see below): It's in between Tulum town center and the beach mile.

All the following is just to mentionen - it didn't influence our satisfacion! Location: it's in an developing area in the jungle so right now there is not much around (which we liked) - you have to be mobile or good on foot. The road leading to the property seems to be inspired by the paining of John Singer Sargent's "Bringing Down Marble from the Quarries to Carrara" - it is bumpy to say at least. Souroundings: There are construction going on oposite the property so there is some level of dust and noise.
