It was clean and comfortable

There was no hot water from the shower and the basin at night and in the morning.

Alot of things waht not work. Building site you walk through to enter. Maintenance not done.

I especially loved staying in room 2, facing the pool. The palm trees are so exotic , you feel like you’re by the beach. The staff were so kind and went out their way to make us feel welcome. It was sincerely a home away from home. The facilities were clean and the whole place is really fancy. Thank you so much again for the warm and comforting stay.

The lady at reception was friendly.

Although breakfast is advertised at R150pp when I enquired about breakfast I was told that it will be R200pp and in the same sentence that Wimpy is only 5 minutes away. The pillowcase on the bed had mold on it and there was a lot of ants in the room. The coffee station had tea, coffee etc. But no teaspoons.

Environment is User friendly for family and friends, sufficient space to relax and sleep. Self catering facilities readily available for usage.

Back up for electricity not up to standard (weak generator). Waited for too long in the dark to organize alternative lights while struggling with the generator. Swimming pool and outdoor area not clean needs serious attention. Entrance doesn't look attractive from outside needs to be inviting for guests. The place should be given an intensive revamping.
