A very large ant problem but was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The gate needed to be manually operated as the hotel is currently doing a revamp. But the hostess honestly goes above and beyond to accommodate your schedule. There is honestly no WiFi,

Only one hand and one bath towel for two people. Ants all over. Even ants in bed. No plug at coffee station. No spoons, no milk. Building under construction. Poor wifi. Very poor lighting inside room. No gate remote must call for someone to open etc.

Friendly lady that assisted us, so late at night

On advertisement it stated bead and breakfast. We were told it was stopped. Please rectify on advertisement . We were told a spa. No spa. Was told if need spa , inform lady ( nobody at front desk) , then she must phone spa girl. That would be around 1pm. But we need to check out at 10am?

This establishment should not be advertised as a boutique hotel and spa. It appears to be under construction. The step from the parking area to the pool area has loose bricks. When I arrived, the way to the room had been totally dark and I fell - luckily with no serious injury resulting. The toilet seat had urine on it. The air conditioner is not working. The walls have several places where the paint is pealed off.
