"Very unprofessional service recieved."

Location is good and the place has a lot of potential if managed better.

Gave us the wrong room. No aircon remote in the room. No coffee in the room, and only one pod of milk that expired Feb 2022. One towel in the room. No manager or receptionist to talk to. Spoke to the kitchen lady whom didn't know we paid for breakfast. So I canceled and phoned the manager for a refund on the breakfast that I haven't recieved yet.
