Great value for money. Memorable adventure. Great Views. Nice, helpful staff. Incredible Sunset. Comfortable cabins with great scenic views.

Connecting rooms for a family of four were super comfortable. Lovely staff. Boat explored quieter Lan Ha Bay, nice excursions. First lunch was good but the food served at dinner was disappointing. Overall lovely experience.

Big cabins with great picture windows to enjoy the views. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The 2 night cruise was the best decision, we had the extra day to cycle is a small group around an island and experience local life and culture.

The food was a bit limiting for some of our less adventurous vegetarian family members, although the staff tried very hard to accommodate them. For the one night cruise the excursions were not varied; relying mostly on kayaking experiences. Water and drinks were very expensive to buy onboard. We were given only a small bottle each in our cabin. We felt a little exploited by this. My advice is to take a few litres in board with you.

There was not a lot to like about this cruise other than the views.

The ship was not a 5 star ship as noted. The rooms were moldy (wallpaper & bathrooms) and not very clean. The food was mediocre (mashed potatoes served cold), some buffet style, etc. They pushed wines by the bottle at 4-5 times the cost of the bottle. We participated in their happy hour only to find out that beer and wine were not included (even though we asked each day and they confirmed they were). They woke you up at 6 am with announcements every morning & wanted you off the ship by 8 am. It was not relaxing. The events in the evening were ok, but not great. They offered karaoke, but their wifi couldn't support the downloads. They offered a free foot bath/soak, but then seemed annoyed if you used it. After we got back, we noted our dissatisfaction on their internal survey. We were met at our hotel by an employee asking us not to write a bad review (after telling them we did not want to meet). I told him we could not promise this. They offered us gifts & a partial refund. The were very kind, but noted they can't fix a lot of what is wrong on the ship and that they use outside vendors, etc. I chose to write the review because it was the reviews that "sold" us on this ship. It's not at all what most people are writing!

Advertised as 5 star, definitely not worth that rating. Location breathtaking.

Absolutely beautiful cruise with a fun packed 24-hour. Lots of activities like hiking, kayaking, karaoke. The crew on board were fun and extremely willing to go the extra mile for the guests. Food was good and fancy, if you don’t eat seafood be sure to let them know.

We had the suite so it was an amazing room and huge. But most of all the staff. So friendly and attentive. Definitely worth taking the cruise option for a night over staying at the beach. We did this on an overnighter from Hanoi. Good to break up the city hecticness.
