"Superb"

Looks modern accommodation, spacious lots of room, and the balcony is amazing. The staff are very accommodating. This cruise is more suited for older couple and families.

The food was good, especially the lunch buffet, but the dinner fine dining food were just so-so. It also lacked some evening activities or there are available ones but none of the staff really provided an amazing after dinner party.

"Superb"

Nice room. Very friendly host. Lots of activities. Variety in food.

The transfer back and forth takes quit some time and they stop unnecessarily long at a tourist trap. The wifi was extremely slow.

The staffs are really hardworking and all lovely. They are accurate when it comes to the timing.

The ship is outdated especially the bathroom, it smells and must have forgotten to refill body soap. The guests we were with were super loud and the staffs were unable to control them.

"Atmospheric boat trip"

Very nice staff, big/comfortable bed, boat with atmosphere,m

Activities a bit too rushed, so much that we missed the 6:45 boat trip being 3 minutes late…. But allowed us to enjoy our nice big rooms more.

"Luxury with a stunning view"

Amazing surroundings & staff were very attentive. A night of luxury staying on this one night cruise. The food was delicious & very well presented.

The on ship activities were a bit flat/non starters. The sunset party wasn’t really a party - we had to ask them to put music on. The squid fishing was literally a damp squib! Some guests were hogging doing the fishing over the side of the boat - I felt the staff could have asked people to take turns so everyone got a go (we didn’t)

The boat, food and staff were fantastic

The amount of rubbish in the bay of Ha long. Heart breaking to see what tourism is doing to such a picturesque part of the world.
