Le Journey Luxury Cruise

It was an amazing experience for us from start to finish. Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and this was a great way to explore it - the conditions of the boat, standard of the room, the food and activities were all brilliant.

Bed very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. There were plenty of optional activities available throughout the cruise, giving us the flexibility to relax or stay active as we pleased. The food was also excellent—delicious and great value for money. Overall, a very enjoyable experience that we would highly recommend!

The Junior suite was very spacious and the adjacent private deck was just awesome. The middle and uppermost deck was excellent. Since the number of tourists were limited there was peace and harmony throughout. The activities were ok.

The crew members should be more courteous and cooperative towards the guests. Though the quality of food was good, it was refilled only when the guests asked them to do so. There were less variety in the veg food, as well as fruits and fruit juice. The rear side suites lack privacy a bit because the steamer boat is anchored to that end of the cruise throughout the journey. But after the booking all along .we got the great support of My. Leon. Even he came to say us goodbye at the hotel in Hanoi.

Great place, friendly staff. Amazing views. Unfortunately we came with a food poisoning (we didn't get it on a cruise, we got it night before), staff was very helpful in catering to our needs. Unfortunately due to sickness we didn't attent everything prepared, but I enjoyed kayaking and amazing views from a beautiful room.

Shower curtain would be nice touch

The staff led by Ms Binh were very courteous and attentive and gave us a great experience.

The property really needs some maintenance, I met with the management team and they assured me that it is underway and a priority over the low season.

Good option for a cruise around ha long bay, well organised with everything running smoothly, big thank you to the crew on the ship and Ms Leon for co-ordinating everything for us, would recommend

Was very clean when we arrived and matched the photos. Activities that were booked for 2 night stay, and the food provided.

The staff was great ! They took care of us fron the beginning to the end of the Journey ! I realky recommend the Cruise !
