Livadia House at St Leonards on Sea

Very nice location, near the station and near the sea. Walk in 10 minutes. Parking in front of the house. Breakfast is very good and tasteful, everything you like is served in the beautiful library. Shower is very good. Hosts John and Natalie are very friendly and helpful. They like to have a talk and have many advices about where to go. The photos on the site are exact how it is.

Even we knew it was small, it really is very small, with one side of the bed against the wall. The sink is the smallest there is, next to the toilet. So brushing your teeth above the toilet we did not like. We are not used to brush teeth in the shower but that would be better. For one person it really is big enough, but for two persons quite small for more nights.

Central to what we needed. Easy walk to beach. Parking on road easy. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

Great welcome from Natalie and John. They couldn't do enough for us. Made us feel at home. We had a lovely breakfast each morning , where Natalie would recommend places to visit, with directions and fantastic places to eat, which was a great help. Bed was very comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Natalie and John, for an amazing 4 days.

Not long enough. Too much to do and visit.

The location was ideal, the apartment was very spacious. We liked the nice little touch of leaving Hibscus tea. The breakfast was delicious

Good location near the train station. Lovely welcome from the helpful hosts and a delicious breakfast in the morning! Very cosy house :)
