Livadia House at St Leonards on Sea

The hosts, Natalie and John were lovely. Super welcome and interesting conversation. Definitely stay again if passing this way.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Nice park nearby. Walkable distance into St Leonard’s, Hastings and the seafront.

Maria was a very sweet and friendly lady. The only good thing I'm afraid

Room was very cramped. Shower was about a foot from the bed, no privacy, not my idea of a bathroom as in the advert. Hubbys knees hit the wall in the loo (looked like a converted cupboard). Bed was not comfy, very hard. All in all, not what we expected.

Two comfortable nights spent here. Very clean b&b, good friendly host. The room was not a very big room, but was acceptable and value for money was very good. We would use again.

Room and bathroom were a tad cramped

A very friendly family, a pleasant atmosphere, as if we had been at home, the house is very beautiful, the room is clean, cozy, the plumbing is new, everything corresponds to the description. The family that lives there prepared breakfast for us, helped with the choice of attractions in the city district, we really liked the communication with them and their cozy house !! Thanks for the rest !!

Bed a bit on the firm side for me

We were visiting friends and the location was perfect. Natalie (our host) and her husband John made us feel very welcome. The room was small but cosy and very clean. Our breakfast, in the library, was lovely and plenty!! Natalie was very friendly, helpful and very good company. We would definitely stay again should we visit in the future.

Stayed here for one night as we were celebrating my friend’s birthday locally. Lovely homely house, very comfortable room, great bed, fab breakfast in the library served by the delightful Natalie! Didn’t want to leave!
