Tipsy Cottage with fire-pit and BBQ

Love the quirky house love the kitchen diner and the garden was well set up esp the games hut.

The double bed was ok but might need a new mattress soon.

The cottage was absolutely lovely, everything we needed. The games cabin was an absolute hit with my kids, would definitely return. The location was excellent for exploring the new forest.

I loved the cottage it was absolutely beautiful. It was nice and clean and very inviting. The area was stunning and the people was very friendly. We walked to burley and the view of the forest was amazing. The village itself was gorgeous and we loved the tour buses. Thank you very much

The only issue we had was the local transport but apart from that it was incredible

The games room was a nice touch and this was enjoyable. The hosts were also helpful upon arrival.

The layout of the property was not very good and the location was on a busy road with no sound proofing. For the price paid, it was not good value for money. The lack of a welcome pack was a little disappointing. I would not recommend this property.
