Waited more than one hour for check-in. Booking.com reference was not found in the system and no communication about the caravan number or keys. Havens staff helped us to find the person having keys . He came after one hour after multiple calls. We waited that time in parking with family members. Caravan was not clean. No bedsheets on mattress and pillows. Spots on mattress and pillow. Used socks near by bed. Duvets does not have covers. Heating unit was not working in living room. TV/TV remote not working.

The caravan was beautiful in a lovely area on site. The owner Barry was fantastic very helpful, nothing was a problem. The gifts left were well received a lovely gesture. My grandchildren enjoyed playing with the games & toys available in the caravan. Will definitely book again.... fantastic break ❤️

The caravan was lovely- clean and comfy. Everything you needed including towels tea towels etc Host thought of everything with some treats left - and some for our grandchildren - not expected but appreciated and a lovely touch- correspondence with owner second to none- he really wanted to make sure we had a great time

Nothing to not like- we had a fabulous break - highly recommended

Had a great stay at Haven Flookburgh, the communication from the host was great and everything about our arrival was explained well. He even called to say we could check in early and left us tea, coffee, biscuits and beers. The caravan is lovely and in a great position near the facilities on site. It was clean and well maintained. Thanks for a great stay.

Close to campsite amenities. The caravan was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The host Baz was great and easy to contact if needed. We would recommend a stay to friends and family.
