Nice place. Clean. Good location.

Astonishingly awful service. And no soundproofing anywhere.

Breakfast spread was very poor and they don't serve breakfast till 7am. Would not even provide coffee before the time.

Hotel in good location, upmarket area of Kigali. Clean comfortable rooms. Warm friendly staff.

Road was being constructed so noisy during the day. Very cold pool.

Very loud and repetitive "background" music that was so loud I could hear it from inside my room. a MAJOR drawback is that the two roads that the hotel is on are mud. Probably the only two roads in the whole of the city that are not paved in any way. Major roadworks were very noisy too (I think they are in the process of paving the two roads) and I had to literally jump over a large ditch in order to access the main entrance (the driver did not know that if he had gone to the back entrance there was no ditch, although it's not paved either). As it rains a lot in Kigali, this meant that I had to take a taxi to reach the convention centre, which is only a 12-min walk away, because otherwise I would have got mud up to my knees and risked slipping in the mud. I think this should have been announced on Booking.com and will make an official complaint as the hotel is lovely, but this problem is a major drawback
