Prachtige ruime suite in een karaktervol oud huis. Geweldige gastvrijheid, heerlijk ontbijtje elke dag. Mooie wandelomgeving. Dorpje zelf is niet veel, maar stukje verderop veel leuke forten zoals Long Melford, met veel restaurants en heerlijke tearoom.

Quirky but amazing. Loved staying in a piece of history lovingly restored beautifully. Hosts were extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Not forgetting such a yummy breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more. Loved staying there and hope to return.

Hosts Doug and Kay were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly. Loved the history of the property. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Our hosts Kaye & Doug were so friendly & helpful. The Greyhound was ideally located to explore the area. Everything we needed was provided including a lovely English breakfast. Highly recommend.

"Amazing relaxing stay"

The wonderful welcome, very large parking space. The deluxe suite was so large and airy and completely well equipped from the dining area and private fridge to the extra throws for the sofas and fan for if it was hot The bathroom was lovely and clean The super king sized four poster bed was a dream, we had the best sleep, it was so quiet and relaxing Our breakfast was delicious and cooked to order There was absolutely nothing missing, we were incredibly well looked after Thank you so much Kay and Doug

"Lovely quirky stay"

Lovely quirky place to stay. Handy for lots of places to visit locally. Kay and Doug couldn't have been more helpful. Especially enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden after a tiring day.

It's not really negative, but you have to be mindful of the low beams and doorways. It is 600 years old after all.
