Excellent location. Brilliant apartment with loads of space. Clean. Easy Access to building. Have recommended it to family and friends already on day 1. Will return. Wanted the same dates next year for our wedding anniversary as we do this every year in York, but unfortunately fully booked already. Everything was provided in the kitchen down to the kitchen roll, teas, coffees, sugar and milk. Washing up liquid, tea towel, washing machine liquid, dishcloths and scrubber. Very impressed. Hand soap. All bath towels and hand towels, bath Matts. Parking is very secure. The bathroom is clean. The shower room is lovely. Heated towel rails. The switch is behind the door in the main bedroom.

I would say even though it didn't spoil our stay at all, the carpets just need a little refresher as they are stained, and the orange sofa. But, again, nothing that would put us off from coming again. The bath does need resealing around the edges though. Again, nothing that has put us off. Will still return.

Apartment was wonderful safe and easy to find in the centre of everywhere which was great.

Mane bedroom bed to low , but other then that was great.

it was in a fab location and a lovely place for a family holiday. The property was clean and well furnished.

The only slight niggle about our stay was in the posting it states free bottle of champagne on arrival which was not there. Was not overly bothered but if it’s not included in the stay then it shouldn’t be in the listing. Other than that the stay was faultless

The house is in a very nice location . Everything is so close in walking distance of maximum of 15 minutes. The house has everything,very clean, everything was fantastic. The parking was perfect. We will definitely come back.

Getting into the property on the first day needs to be reviewed - it was very difficult. There was a constant annoying hum - maybe from a boiler.

Great location for city centre. All major tourist locations within walking distance. Ample room for our party of 3, would be comfortable for 4-5.

A few stains on the lounge carpet but nothing to spoil our stay

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, in a convenient location for us. It was wonderful to be able to sit on the balcony overlooking the river .

We travelled with another couple. Only the en-suite had shower facilities , which meant 4 adults queuing for a shower…. the second bedroom had no hanging space or wardrobe….it had extra drawers, which is fine for children but not 4 adults. Just for info, some stains on lounge carpet and standard lamp not working, though didn’t detract from our stay. Sadly we had to leave a day early because of the rail strike .

Fantastic location, very comfortable beds kitchen good although we didn't cook could if wanted to. Lovely balcony although didn't get sun, nice to watch geese and swans. We didn't need parking but was very secure and safe feeling.

I can understand why some reviews said wasn't clean, overall it was IMO clean kitchen and vacuumed etc but the sofa was badly stained maybe could steam clean it. The shower in master bedroom had a lot of mould because it has no window or extractor. I did message to get mould and mildew spray for it as although it was generally clean it needs treatment, once done it will be fine. I didn't put poor for cleaning because it wasn't filthy and probably caused by inconsiderate guests. I would happily go back.

Location was perfect and we really liked the layout of the apartment. The entry instructions were really clear. Lots of hanging space and drawers.

No dishwasher. Lack of coasters/placemats. Big orange sofa, not very comfortable! No operational fan in the en suite.
