All guests will be met at the entrance to the development by a representative of City Apartments. They will be checked in, shown the facilities of the property and shown where to park in the underground car park. Guests will be contacted prior to arrival to arrange an approximate check-in time and will be provided full contact details of who will meet you on arrival. Guests are sent extensive check-in details prior to arrival which include a code to access a lockbox which contains a key and parking fob. Guests are also prompted to provide an arrival time so we can ensure the property is available and ready for their check-in. Full contact details for our office is included on the instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"This property had good and bad points."

Excellent location in centre of York city. Excellent parking facility as car parked in secure gated ground floor carpark.

Cleanliness was poor, on arrival the apartment hadn’t been cleaned with rubbish in bins and old bedding. This was sorted after a phone call but the standard of cleaning was not good. The balcony was unusable as covered in bird poo and carpets were full of stains and floors and sofas looked dirty. However there were plenty of clean towels and bedding was ok. Facilities were tired and dated and none of the extractor fans worked in either bathroom.
